Templates uploaded to the Effex-Media.com directory remain your property.

By uploading a template, you give permission for users of Effex-Media Directory to download and use your designs without charge.
Your template/s must be located in a public folder within a webserver and must be accesible through the web. Templates should be compressed before posted. A valid format is giving your design a .zip or .rar extension using compression softwares.

Compressed files must not be password-protected and they must be public for all our users.
You are responsible to keep your listed designs files available for the public at the given URL address.
Reported designs (like broken links, password protected, and so on) will be automatically removed from our database.

Sending users to a registration screen before downloading is against our Terms of Service and these designs will not be approved.

By the way, users are not given permission to sell or otherwise re-distribute your designs.

If a violation of use occurs, it is your responsibility to resolve it with the violator.
